VozClara ("we", "our", "us") operates voice transcription services via Telegram and WhatsApp. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you use VozClara, we collect your platform identifier (Telegram ID or WhatsApp phone number), display name, and subscription tier. This is required to provide the service and manage usage limits.

Voice Notes: Audio you send to VozClara is processed for transcription. Raw audio files are never stored — they are processed transiently and deleted immediately after transcription.

Transcription Data: The resulting text transcriptions are stored in your account to enable summaries, search, and history features.

Usage Data: We collect usage metadata (notes count, minutes transcribed, feature usage) to manage service limits and billing.

2. How We Use Your Information

To transcribe your voice notes and return text to you
To generate AI-powered summaries and translations
To enforce plan limits and manage your subscription
To provide customer support
To improve service quality and reliability

We do not use your transcriptions to train AI models. We do not sell your data.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with third parties only as necessary to operate VozClara:

Speech-to-text processing: Audio is sent to our AI transcription infrastructure. Audio is processed transiently and is not retained or used for model training by our providers.
AI Summaries & Translation: Transcription text may be sent to our AI language model providers for summary and translation generation. This data is processed in real-time and not used to train external models.
Database hosting: Your account data and transcriptions are stored with our infrastructure provider under appropriate data protection agreements.
Messaging platforms: Telegram and WhatsApp (Meta) are the messaging channels through which you interact with VozClara. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own privacy policies.
Payment processing: Billing is handled by our payment processor. We never store credit card numbers.

4. Data Retention

Audio files: Deleted immediately after transcription. Never stored.
Transcriptions: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account cancellation upon request.
Account data: Retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS 1.3), encrypted data at rest, and access controls. Transcriptions are associated only with your account and are not accessible to other users.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your transcription history
Withdraw consent for data processing

7. Group Chat Privacy

When VozClara is used in group chats, voice notes from all group members who send them to the bot are processed. You are responsible for informing group members that VozClara is active. We recommend obtaining informed consent from all participants before activating the service in a group.

8. Children's Privacy

VozClara is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the bot. Continued use of VozClara after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
