These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VozClara, a voice transcription service operated via Telegram and WhatsApp bots. By using VozClara, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

VozClara provides AI-powered voice-to-text transcription through messaging platform bots. The service converts voice notes, audio messages, and audio files into text, with optional AI-generated summaries depending on your subscription tier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VozClara. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account & Usage

Your account is identified by your Telegram ID or WhatsApp phone number. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Do not share, resell, or redistribute VozClara access
Do not use automated tools to bypass rate limits or usage caps
Do not use VozClara to transcribe content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service

4. Subscription Tiers & Billing

VozClara offers Free, Basic ($2.99/mo), Pro ($5.99/mo), and Business ($14.99/mo) tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.

Free tier: 3 notes/day, 30 minutes/month, max 2 min per note, no summaries
Basic: 20 notes/day, 780 min/month, max 5 min per note, AI summaries
Pro: 40 notes/day, 1,650 min/month, max 10 min per note, summaries + export
Business: 100 notes/day, 4,250 min/month, max 10 min per note, CRM + API

Usage limits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused minutes do not roll over. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have used fewer than 10 transcriptions.
No refunds for partial months or unused minutes.
Free tier users can stop using the service at any time with no obligation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use VozClara to:

Transcribe conversations without the consent of all parties (where required by law)
Process content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, or violates intellectual property rights
Attempt to overload, disrupt, or exploit the service infrastructure
Use the service for surveillance, stalking, or harassment purposes
Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Consent for Group Chat Transcription

When using VozClara in group chats, you are responsible for ensuring that:

Group members are aware that voice notes may be transcribed
You have appropriate consent from speakers whose voice notes are transcribed
Transcriptions are used in accordance with applicable privacy laws

VozClara provides a /settings command to control whether transcriptions are posted in the group or sent privately.

8. Accuracy & Disclaimer

VozClara uses AI-powered transcription which, while highly accurate, is not perfect. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

Transcriptions should not be relied upon as the sole record for legal, medical, or financial purposes
Accuracy varies by language, audio quality, background noise, and accents
AI-generated summaries are interpretive and may not capture all nuances
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your audio content and resulting transcriptions. VozClara does not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your audio or transcriptions to train AI models.

10. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VozClara and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use of VozClara is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the bot at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
